Presentation Slides
(Platinum, Gold, and Silver* Sponsors)
Platinum and Gold Sponsors—and Silver Sponsors, as availability allows—may have a session time slot during the conference. Sessions are typically 45 minutes in duration. Please email your slides to Nikole Ford‑Kondraciuk, Session Coordinator, at least one week before the conference at nkford@hfcc.edu.

Return Materials
Valpo has regular UPS pickups and can schedule FedEx pickups. The pickup address is:

Pickups must be scheduled between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM, Central Time.
Valpo staff will store the packages in the Harre Union until the conference. Post-conference, they will facilitate pickup. There is no bander available, but pallets can be wrapped if needed.

Vendor Table Access & Setup
Vendors are welcome to bring table skirts, pop-up banners, and other materials.
Vendors may access their tables and begin setup before the conference, specific setup details will be announced later
