The Great Lakes Users Group (GLUG) is a collaborative and dynamic user's group dedicated to supporting professionals across Higher Education who utilize Ellucian's Colleague® software.

 

Our Mission

Our primary mission is to foster a vibrant community where users from various institutions—including community colleges and universities throughout the Great Lakes region—can connect, share knowledge, and collectively enhance their proficiency and institutional use of the Colleague platform.

We are a diverse committee comprised of experienced employees from various colleges and universities. Our members represent a broad spectrum of functional areas within our respective institutions, including:

• Student Services

• Finance and Accounting

• Information Technology (IT)

• Human Resources

• Reporting and Data Analytics

 

This rich mix of backgrounds ensures that GLUG addresses the needs and challenges faced by all Colleague users, from the newest data-entry specialist to veteran system administrators. We understand that Colleague touches every part of an institution, and our diverse expertise reflects that reality.
